We keep this Website deliberately simple: it does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, advertising, social media plugins or newsletters.

This Website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Germany. When you access the Website, the hosting server automatically records technical information that your browser transmits (server log files). This may include:

• IP address of the requesting device

• HTTP status code
• referring URL, if transmitted by your browser
• browser type, operating system and browser version

This data is required to deliver the Website, to ensure its stability and security and to detect and prevent misuse. It is not combined with other data sources. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable). Log files are stored by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted in accordance with its standard retention practices. united-domains GmbH processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

We use this data solely to handle and respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), where the GDPR applies.

The form is processed on our own web server and your inquiry is delivered to our business mailbox contact@global-netrising.com. We do not use an external form provider.

Spam protection: To protect the form against automated misuse, the server temporarily stores a pseudonymized value derived from your IP address (a one-way cryptographic hash) to limit the number of submissions per hour. This value cannot be used to identify you directly and is automatically discarded once it is no longer needed for this purpose, typically after one hour. The form also contains a hidden field and a timing check that do not involve personal data.

4. Email communication via Microsoft 365

Our business email, including inquiries sent through the contact form and emails you send directly to us, is processed using Microsoft 365, a service of Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf to provide the email service. Microsoft participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. International data transfers

Global Netrising LLC is located in the United States. If you contact us from the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or another country, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States and, through our service providers, possibly in other countries. Where the GDPR applies, such transfers take place on the basis of the applicable legal mechanisms, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We keep inquiries and related correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations require it. Spam-protection values are discarded as described in section 3.

7. Cookies, fonts and external content

This Website does not set cookies and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are delivered directly from our own web server. No data is transmitted to font, analytics or advertising providers.
